Kate Russell has over 40 years experience of the social housing sector both as a Director and a non Executive. She started work as a trainee housing professional in a London Borough and has worked in both local government and housing associations. Kate is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has an MBA in Public Service Management.

Since retirement Kate has been a Trustee of a charity which provides housing and support to veterans. Kate firmly believes that small specialist housing providers have a key role to play in local communities, and improving the quality of life for residents by offering more personal services.
