Greg is an experienced housing and development professional working at executive level with a history of delivery on affordable housing programmes and supporting organisation growth. He has over 30 years of experience working with Housing Association and Local Authorities in housing growth and property development positions and is currently Assistant Director of Development and Growth at Orwell Housing Association. He is passionate about the difference that the provision of affordable, accessible housing can make to individual’s lives and the vital role social landlords play in society. Greg is a firm believer in the importance of the customer’s voice in decision making and how organisations are run.

Greg is energised by working collaboratively and emphatically with others and is enthusiastic about creating and leading high performing teams. Greg works best when working inclusively with partners to achieve outcomes and organisational growth.
