Having joined Norwich Housing Society in 2026, Nicola is responsible for applications from prospective tenants, the lettings process and deals with terminations of tenancies, rent arrears and routine repairs. In September 2025 she completed her degree in social housing management, housing support officer training and residential lettings and tenancy management.

Nicola has lived in Norfolk for 10 years after moving from Cambridgeshire. She enjoys spending time with playing darts, watching formula one or reading a book. Nicola loves spending time with her cocker spaniel Ladylou.
