With over 20 years of hands-on experience as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, I’ve had the privilege of working across a diverse range of settings—from listed buildings and private residences to new build developments and the maintenance and refurbishment of social housing. My career has evolved to include roles in sheltered and supported housing, where I developed a deep appreciation for the impact of safe, secure homes on people’s lives.

I later transitioned into management, overseeing voids, reactive maintenance, capital works, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) within the social housing sector. Today, I serve as a Chartered Level Manager and Health & Safety Practitioner at Bromford Flagship, the UK’s fifth-largest housing association.

Throughout my journey, I’ve gained a broad set of skills and experiences that I hope will contribute meaningfully to Norwich Housing Society’s mission. Supporting others has always been a source of great personal reward—whether through my charity run for Great Ormond Street Hospital (pictured), serving on the executive committee of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), or my time in supported housing, which remains closest to my heart.

I’m honoured to be part of the Society and look forward to meeting and supporting as many of our patrons as possible.
