Staff Away Day

On Wednesday 10th June staff attended a Brick Kiln Pottery workshop. The brief was to make a cup. The cups took shape early on, however, as time went by the cups looked less like cups! Thankfully all was not lost, as many were able to transform their "cups" into bowls or plant pots.

This was the Society's first Staff Away Day. The idea of a staff away day is to slow down, have a break from the screens and to connect with one another.

After the workshop staff enjoyed lunch at a local pub.
